But guess what? Per my past 7 years of experiences with ICICI bank, they will never appologize or neither will they accept their mistakes in writings! Excellent man....I have personally gone through the similar case. I have got offer letter that my home loan is approved for 8% and now I am paying 13.5%. The big time cheat, local loan's manager did not let me opt for fixed rate of interest at that time, now I understand why!

Hey, Wonderful! I too have a huge collection of emails exchanged between ICICI officials (Head Service Quality and regular service agents). Absolutely waste of time, no other benefit in mailing them. I repeat..Airtel sucks! had terrible experineces where Airtel's Customer Relationship Officer (displaying his ID card) came to my residence along with 3 other goons and demanded money! Airtel sucks! No question about it. I have used Airtel for almost years now, for the same reason that I was stuck up with them. Billing and Customer Service are the worst parts of Airtel.

Perfect example! I had to go through lot of pain with this bank and will strongly suggest people to stay far from this bank. Better Safe than Sorry! When there was a mistake in the home loan EMI calculation, they took 3 months and 52 emails to accept their mistake and correct it!

I am not going to the technical sides as this is a news or a review. But the fact is that one should be really careful when approaching ICICI for any banking needs.
