Airtel is getting worst Airtel cares only for Advrtisement by paying to big stars. The are not at all concerned about customers. I agree a year back they were the best but today they seem to be getting worst day by day......

I beg to differ I don’t find Airtel Customer friendly at all, that too when you are talking about Bangalore. It's not the problem of the Sales guy alone.....after hearing the response of Customer Care and other executives on the similar issue hwich i faced.....I realised it was delibrate tactics applied by the Employees. This is simply to boos off their financial results and then refund back the money to t read more...

Totally agree with Handson’s review . I Had similar experience with Airtel Broadband connection. They took the money and waited for quarter to end to boost off their financial results. After the quarter end they simply told we don’t have conncetivity in your area we will refund back your money. I read more...
