Mr. Durgesh of Ahmedabad, faced the same problems. His money has been refunded, but in my case no action is being taken. I think they have taken it for granted that once they have recieved the money, they are not liable for anything. This is the thinking of scamsters and not of any real service prov read more...
I have not been refunded or even been contacted by these scamsters (Shiftthought/Makemytrip.com/Indiatimes.com) even after I have given all the details here and in other forums. In fact I have also written to their Management level persons (Mr. Sanjay Sahay at Indiatimes) many tmes to no avail. read more...
