I had exactly the same experience today. I had an appointment at the Passsport this morning at 9.30, so asked for a taxi to reach my place by 8.15. I reconfirmed my booking by 7 am. By 7.45 am I got an sms with the driver's details etc. No sign of the taxi by 8.15. Called the driver, no answer. Got read more...

Inspite of my experience which I'd posted here, I would still say Infibeam is a good site, since I have had 3 very good experiences with them...
