the wesbite has shut down because they were unprofessional and not able to keep up with demand. Serves them right hopefully they got punished by consumer court also.

I am happy the customer here was well-served - but the Rs2000 extra for the two-day delivery is the factor. Most people would pay Rs2000 extra for two-day delivery but if furnituremartindia advertised that service more prominently, more people would go for it and they would have to deliver faste read more...

I have another suggestion - I know it is time-consuming but have you made a police complaint against them under section 420 giving the police their website/ transport address and their phone number to trace a location.
Have you tried this as a way to post a consumer complaint? http://www.core.nic.in/ Can you give me a list of the addresses that you have sent the summons to?

and a warranty!? that is astonishing... in what form did you get a warranty? an email? an invoice?
I amazed you got free delivery, I didn't even get a spanner to assemble the product I ordered!

I am waiting for the completion of their delivery to me - nearly more two months now - and then I will post my full review and go over to all other websites/ consumer fora and post revieww. I am happy to get together with other customers to take them to task and get some refund for the trauma that w read more...
