Thanks for the gift coupon. I would be really happy if the customer care would be more responsive in future so that the end users do not have to come to review/complaint sites. Thanks for the resolution afterall.

As an update, Mr. Ulhas actually contacted me after reading this review in July '08 and as an expression of acceptance of their fault they have refunded the test series money paid by me!
