For me they respond by copy paste message everytime saying once product is delivered they don't have return policy. I have never seen this in anyone of the seller's policy. After 5 calls, 3 mails, 2 live chat with TataCliq customer care, Finally my product was delivered on 29th oct, 2017. i.e. after 19 days of me placing the order.
