Same bad experience I am having. They only post replies and answer calls to say 'we are sorry'. But they don't take any action with respect to the replacement and such issues.

Got the broken planks replaced. Thanks to the support team! I wish FabFurnish had a toll free number. Its an STD number right now!
I get same response as above for over 10 days now. Can you give me an estimated time when the replacement and assembly would be done? Its an endless wait for the customer. Very frustrated. If you cannot handle a vendor product then why do you sell them? It is a proven false promise that you would read more...
