They are bunch of irresponsible & untrained people with total unprofessional approach. Nothing is resolved.
they themselves are putting fake reviews on mouthshut that these are good items. they can even go to the extent of putting fake reviews alongwith products.
you sell totally a fake product. and despite my several calls to your company you dont agree to refund my amount. I have checked with the company and its very visible to all the people that its totally fake chinese product. Dont harass customers like this. or else we will file a legal case.
