Hi, I too had a similar experience with the Airtel Datacard .. finally i have taken a BSNL connection - so far the experience has been good - & the best thing is their customer service which is way ahead of what i got from Airtel as a service provider.

Mr. Subhash, Thanks for your comments - what i have learnt in last few months talking to various people in HP - that they do not offer services for their printer they only replace -offering a discount on the MRP of any machine you select.
