Are you employed with Reliance or hoping to get employed or are you paid to write this FLATTERING REVIEW? I dont think you ate the luckiest person on earth ( a HAPPY RELIANCE CUSTOMER) but just someone who has been paid to write a review

I agree with you as far the installation part goes since the sale guys promise something and the customer service guys say something else. But as far as usage and speed goes IQARA has been good. For about an hour of usage of Yahoo messenger 3 - 4 MB's are consumed (with webcam). I think you might be read more...

They always delay in providing service. However if you have paid the cheque in favour of BG Broadband India Pvt Ltd it should not be a problem. Please visit their website www.iqara.net and find their email or phone nos and ask for a refund
