I am sorry but I beg to differ on your review of Banjaras. I have been there thrice and every time I curse myself for going. My main grouse is that the food served is stale and tasteless and I have complained to the management many a times but to no avail. On the positive side, I found the Pitcher B read more...

Ever since the change in management there; the prices of drinks are atrocious and my friends and I have had the experience of being served shots mixed with water!

Some questions - (a) I need to take some personal medicines to Muscat, when I travel in November - I hope this would not be a problem? (b) During Ramazan, you say one cannot eat or drink in public - is this allowed after sunset?

We plan to fly by Oman Air on 2nd Nov. to Muscat and onward to Dubai. I have found that one has to negotiate really hard with the local travel agents to get a good deal on air fares. What's been your experience on this? How would you rate Gulf Air with Oman Air?
