You have made the right decission. Even Im doing the same. For applying BSNL, you can apply online itself. NO paper work nothing. Just apply from the site wwww.bangaloretelecom.com

Hi, I'm facing the same problem. Im in the 2mbps speed plan but by browsing speed is just 25- 80 KBPS. Its really frusturating....and as you said the customer service agents are like parrots, just repeat the preapred script. They never add salt in their food and eat it seems, as even read more...
