It is surprising that u cud fill 20 ltrs in a 13 ltr tank. As i read in some other comment on the fuel gauge, that it shows full at the 12ltr mark and same at 20. note-if the fuel gauge is calibrated to show full at 12ltr and will not go beyond it, it will remain stuck there.
