How does one know that the rating is 3 star and not 2 star ? How much did you pay for it ? Can you please reply urgently as I have ordered a Panasonic AC and want to check speciifications before it is installed.

Dear velacheri I was only 9 yrs old in 1957. I did study at SIET but came out in 1964
Thanks Sandeepmohan for your comments.I am quite happy with the replacement, the cooling is excellent, the AC is noiseless and I suppose the compressor is very good too.But it has been working only 2 days- so It is too early to tell. O'General A/Cs are not suitable where there are heavy fluctuations in power supply even if you use a stabilizer with time delay. I have had a very bad experience with O'General maintanance staff. Buyers beware

Is it possible to get screenshots when my connection is disabled/deactivated by them ? But I do have a letter from one Manu Khera in which they admit that connection speeds are low. I have no use for this card anyway. But I want them to stop sending rental bills.
Wish I had read your review before i was lured into their trap.... I was offered a free internet card when I bought my HP Pavilion Laptop here in Chennai. The made me shell out Rs. 3704/= as advance for 3 months and within a few days I found I was not able to connect to the net and if at all I did read more...
