Any update on the excellent service now that you are repaying the loan ? Was your loan really fixed, or was it written as floating in the documents ?What is the 'fixed' rate of interest now ? And what is the tenure of loan now ? If you are still happy with the bank, then good luck to you.

Give the caller a piece of your mind. This also serves the purpose quite well, if you have time. ICICI bank is easily the worse culprit.
