@randine69: I did not mean starting from stop always... it may be under several circumstances. However i would not like to blame the service guys as i am not sure and never happy with tvs service. I would suggest you to get your carburetor.and spark plugs check and cleaned once with any service guy read more...

But I couldn't justify myself and experimented couple of time and then came to a conclusion that it would deliver so much. @gulurocks628: It would incorrect to use the term EXACT.. Instead I use Average. In City especially in Bangalore traffic I am able to extract around 36-38 Kms per liter.
