thanks for reviewing the process. I am facing right now the second scenario - takeover loan from SBI - it is taking for ever and running behind these lawyers is a real pain in a**. I am planning to continue with the same bank or go with HDFC. I have currently taken loan from ING VYSYA.

Atlast I had to ruin my Weekend and travel 25Km and visit the Kingfisher main office on Cunningham Road on 18th Feb but that also did not serve any purpose. I am exactly facing this same problem. Actually the airliner has gone bankrupt. and is doing everything it can from hiding all possible information from the consumer so that they can file for bankruptcy and day and keep all your cancelled ticket money.
