Vivek, I would suggest SS125 for every young guyz, yes you will have to do compromise in lower speeds but let me clarify you can drive it below 20 in 2nd & 3rd gear without using clutch.and 30-40 in 4th gear. 5th gear complies you to drive above 40.if ur city allows you to run within these limit read more...

absolutely, Mileage will be reduced by 3-6 KMPL. I won't suggest u to do that, we are not experts in deciding or doing such alterations, a manufacturer like Yamaha would have already given the best product, why to make changes. rear tyre of 125SS is widest in this segment when compared to Slingshot, read more...

Nitin, your friend must have not followed the breakin rule, Yamaha clearly says in it's userguide, don;t cross 4500 RPM for the first 500 KMs and 6500 RPM for second 500 KMs.this periode is very critical for any engine, specialy a racing bike like 125 SS, if u don;t follow this instructions you won' read more...
Nitin, Comparisions over these bikes is not at all possible at this time, as both are newly born babies, and i am not sure whether somebody would have rode both of them ever even more than 5000 KMs. initial acceleration means lower torque, technically it depends highly upon factory settings done read more...

why to think about sale before buying a bike? anyways, If u are new to riding you should go with Shine, nowhere else.it's very eazy to handle gear shift is butter on brade and won't go above 60 KMPH untill u force it to go beyond it's limits. resale is u know it's Honda.
