any where you buy such a product, you buy a service value as well, From 11th May till today service center is not able to give any reason why they are not able to refund it to me.

I had update my recent conversation with the concern person at IFB as well they are also , they don't have a time to reply my mail. Even on phone they had commited that they will process the refund but now they are not even picking my phone nor replying my mail. Any clue how I will approach them.

why you are even thinking to buy this car, this is good for nothings. You are wasting you money on this.
@ABCD27, for your knowledge I would like to tell you that thye have make this care by cutting the cost approx 25 % @ which cost they are making it at France, so no doubt on some ground they are compromising in quality & service.
