u can be sure tips4u is one of them bcoz everywhere he keeps on writing these stupid lines and never gives any reasons for it. and they are never reachable over phone. once they know its u they stop picking up the phone. if u call from another no they pick up and whenthey hear ur voice they just dis read more...

I think mr rabindra's review is very helpful. I dont agree with this tips4u.If you know these people well having a talk with them wont help at all. once they have the money.. they r least bothered. At least his reviews will prevent people from getting cheated.
