Exactly the same issue has happened with me.. my aged parents (71 and 67 respectively) were supposed to stay in a OYO hotel. Hi. They don't care about NRIs either. Their website had an issue (wouldn't show drop down option). They even failed to correct it. That prompted me to read the reviews - and I am glad I did so.

It's the problem everywhere ... after a major goof-up in my case DTDC scolded my mother in law who was the shipper. When I called them they changed their tone to apologetic... however, the damage was done. I wonder how these guys are in business anyways!

They have a special affinity to Memphis.. I hope your package reached in time.. In my case these guys have delayed an ’’international priority’’ package by couple of weeks. Not worth at all!

These guys are really good at ''Opening'' of account. You would be surprised to see there is no listed option on how to ''close'' an account. I have been following up with them for last 1 month (NRI Account) - they don't even bothered to respond once. Really fed up - SBI is a lot better!
