Fake closure alert! The complaint and review stands as the company has shown no interest in resolving the issue and user continues to be inconvenienced as the unit is down almost every week, this after paying Rs.6400 towards AMC.

My own experience with the brand is totally opposite. they are out to loot customers by charging 6400pa as AMC or 2000-4500 for filter element replacement, which btw, is a recurring process, depending on your consumption.

Completely agree with you. The AMC today is @ Rs.6400/annum, which is 1/3rd the cost of the product. Also like you mentioned above, they don't have the kits in stock. 3rd rate company, D grade product.
