i agree with u /the sound quality is very poor/even the cheapest mp3 players have better sound quality/also the phone has to be on charge all the time/battery back up is soooo worse/

yes same experience i had with other courier services at chennai ( both professional& franch express ) the speed post deliver the parcel in time& promptly /only problem is the indian postal offices r not having many collection centres even at main cities/

the same problem in swift (petrol) also /i have it for the past 3 yrs /the rattling is there from the day of the delivery/the bumper is so thin /it gets tucked in even with a small impact/the door locks r giving problem often/i have changed the door lock set thrice /though the swift petrol engine is read more...

the bitter experience may be due the technical staff at the BSNL local office /in tamilnad at Erode circle we get good service at any time of the day& the local Bsnl staff here at vellakoil& muthur are so courteous & respond quickly to our complaints/
