This issue has not been resolved yet. I had asked for a refund when i was with them and was eligible for it. Correspondence for the same went over months. Even tried to reach the CEO on Linkedin. No one listened so for me the issue hasn't been resolved.

Query to the admin - my review is rated Not Useful by ''vinaydude'' who i believe is flightraja's CEO. Would this actually constitute a valid rating because their is bound to be some lack of neutrality - Its like me rating my review Very very useful (but i won't do it.. as i respect neutrality ).
Via.com replied to me on 29th June BUT after i sent them a registered letter (on 29th itself) as a first step towards filing this matter for consumer redressal. I suggest Complain to their nodal office as per email given on bill and tell them of the committment given by their staff at the stores - if u purchased from store.
Just a heads up guys - visiting Mouth shut after a long time. We managed to get refund on our 3G data card thanks to following up with the company and the fact we'd got it in written about the speeds comitted. Thanks Nishant for your comments.
Tradus is an unethical company and i am planning to take it to consumer forum. It has been around 12 days since i received an email confirming my money would be refunded for the wrong product supplied to me which i returned but their is no response.
