I am trying to reach their call center in india (i am now in india) but it seems they are on DND, the call itself gets disconnected... What a new innovation to cut customer seriveces cost !!! hehehe no wonder if they declare a marginal profit on the lines of savings incurred from 'no service center' read more...

I have recently subscribed to it, for 4GB plan for 4 months (1 Mbps) paid around 1,200/- in advance :) later came to know they have a plan for post paid as well. I have a good news to share, Last month I flew in KF one way for free tickets by redeeming kingmiles that I have earned over the period. Nothing like it! Loyalty paid me :)

Thats really bad news! I think BIMAL should have learnt from the experiences so far. May be we should also write to MARUTI UDYOG LIMITED officials on the portal and aswell as a direct email.
