I am trying to reach their call center in india (i am now in india) but it seems they are on DND, the call itself gets disconnected... I have recently subscribed to it, for 4GB plan for 4 months (1 Mbps) paid around 1,200/- in advance :) later came to know they have a plan for post paid as well. Thats really bad news! I think BIMAL should have learnt from the experiences so far. May be we should also write to MARUTI UDYOG LIMITED officials on the portal and aswell as a direct email.
