Hi All, Someone from Bimal apparently read this review that I wrote and took action to ensure that our deposit was returned today and the booking was cancelled. Thanks to this website, we were spared from further frustration and running around. However, I still wouldn't recommend this agency to a read more...
Thank you for your support! We have asked Citibank to cancel the car loan and recover the money from Bimal. We have also sent in a complaint to the International Consumer Rights Protection Council and are awaiting a reply from them. This has been a most frustrating experience!
