Not sure why you are so upset. Looks like you want the customers to be in the dark always, so that the blame could be easily placed on the customer, whenever a customer is coerced into committing such a mistake, by these companies. Hmmm ... this is strange. As everyone can see, someone from Snapdeal asked me to share the order ID, as if they are going to address my complaint. I shared the order ID 4 days back, with a hope that someone from Snapdeal will contact me and address my complaint. I think I was hoping for too much. No read more...
Why do you have to wait until a customer writes a review, to look into the complaint? Can't you take care of this proactively? In any case, this is my order ID - 14961079486. I would feel happy if it gets resolved at least through this channel.

I don't think rediff deserves even a one star rating. I think they are one of the worst shopping portals around, playing with customers' time and money.
