i dont know what infibeam wants to do, but 80 days passed, twice they gave me replacement, both the time handset faulty. 12 days passed from pickup , no reply about status ! it is simple that they are selling simply faulty handsets.
I have call recording of infibeam customer care, 15 days back they told they will refund me, then 3 days back when i called again for payment then their executive told me that they dont received any such order & complaint is on hold.
