Yes we talk about the penalty payment rs 30k with your officers ,they said don't change the agreement points .But they said it just write in agreement but they dont take any penalty from any one yet.But written agreement is reliable point according to a buyer.

I have seen the agreement copy and it states penalty as 30K only whereas the delay penalty for the builder is just Rs.1/- per sq feet.
