might be the case with you, i am using Dishtv from quite some time and haven't faced any problem as yet, Also found customer service is good , package is very economical and have more number of channels, where tata Sky have costly packages and most of the channels are not available in base pack.

Sun Direct customer care is the worst and their is no point in making repeated complaint to them, as they won't act on complaint's and won't listen to customers problem, Better choose other DTH.

My Suggestion Its better to change to some other DTH instead of wasting time and money in calling Sun Direct the most pathetic Customer care centre. They really don't care for the customers and even cheat their customers. better to go for some other DTH.

Sun direct really have a very pathetic customer service, and above all cheating their customers by saying free of cost installation due to some change in satellite position and then charging for the same with customers.
