True - this builder is a cheater, I booked my Flat in May 05 on promise that I would be getting possession in Jun-06, still no possession...4 years delay and still counting... careful to book property with Nirmal....
Yes Nirmal Lifestyle owner is cheater, I booked my flat in 2005, on promise of Jun-2006 possession, today (Feb 2010) almost after 4 years no possessions... be careful to book any property at Nirmal Lifestyle...
