@pkrpkr1 : That is right. I too had the same question to them. They gave all stupid answers possible for that. But got assurance from them that 'if the customer opts for disconnection of service only' they will take the box back. Else, as long as the customer doesn't request for that, the box can be read more...

I do agree with you in all these. The best service in Bangalore is Videocon. But, the STB & Dish are not owned by you. If you ever want to disconnect the connection, Videocon guys will take the Dish & STB from you as it was only RENTED. The only bad thing which is mentioned in the terms & conditions read more...
