Yesterday I received a call from an exec and informed that he will send me an email stating the excess amount will be waived off. But till now i have received nothing. I don't understand the idea of your customer service. And no information about my refund amount (1500.00) of my router. Always givin read more...
Called the customer care for 3 times today. First time they informed their system is down. Second and third time told that call will be transferred to the manager. waited for 10 mins and 15 mins respectively but no one picked the call.
Phew... Got the item in time as promised... Great service at the end.. they kept the word and now i could gift this for my brother. Thanks letsbuy for understanding the urgency of my request. Today Pawan had called again he confirmed that item will be delivered in time, he had been very helpful all the way.
