Atlast , some one got to repair and its working now , still i don't recommend this product from eureka forbes as we have to do fire fighting to get things done, had lot of time and money to find some one to fix the issue , call center team does nothing but just say that they did their part and go ho read more...
Its been five days since i have raised the request. what the hell the company executives are doing , should we stay without drinking water after paying money to buy such product? i want an explanation from management team.
After all follow-up from past three days , they have sent me another complaint number and possibly customer care guys must have blocked my number , as i am unable connect to call center, Still nothing has been done yet and did not receive any phone calls ,not sure why this company Eureka Forbes stil read more...

I totally agree with you Mr Syed , Eureka Forbes products do not work after some time and indeed they don't respond appropriately for the service requests. i dont recommend any of their products to any one , going forward .
