hey thomas let me give you a bit on the TRAI role or any other regulators role in this case. CONSUMER COURT OR FILE CRIMAL CASE ON GROUNDS OF CHEATING, FRAUDE ETC. LOADS OF LEGAL REMEDY AVILABLE. MANY SUFFRERS. THEY HAVE CHEATED MANY IN LAST TEN YEARS, THE CREDIT CARD CHARGING IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL BUT NOT ONE GETS DRAGGED TO COURT.
