it is interesting to know that there is a positive review on Matrix Cellular today and a positive comment on my negative review. one is posted twenty minutes after another. both users are registered today on mouthshut.com. it could be a coincidence, but who knows!
and i guess you would also disagree with other reviews on mouthshut.com as well as consumercomplaint.in? ofcourse, you cannot blame the company for your brother's irresponsibility. but what about the company being irresponsible and committing fraud? it is more likely that yours is a one-off read more...
Hi Avimanu, I believe a combined complaint can be launched. It will be helpful if you have maintained all the correspondences with Matrix and necessary documents.
