That is true, i booked the connection by paying through cheque only, but due to signal downlinking problem the same was cancelled. I gave the cheque on 1st Feb 09 and the they guys told me that my money will refunded within 30 days, after 30 days i was told that the same will refunded withing 45 day read more...
