I got refund only for 1 item though Meesho messaged that the two refunds are done. The company needs to be investigated and banned for malpractice. My advice to all is to boycott the company and don't buy from such a fraud app.

I agree. The app doesn't work at all and I have reinstalled, cleared the cache as they had advised but it's really pathetic. I had bought a month's subscription and it is of no use. They truly need to upgrade the app and improve it to attract viewers.
