I think the language is a matter and they should have alternate options even you choose english they speak in Hindi, but the point here is they absolutly do not know how to support and they make you wait on the call, you call from different service providers phone line and you are charges for which read more...

LOL hope MTS has not given you the data card for free to you. It is one of the worst service provider and when you are in roaming your data is stolen like their Mblaze advertising. I absolutely agree with you and the most expensive internet service i have ever used because if you are a pre paid customer your data balance gets reduced fast and if you visit one site in just 2 miniutes more than 20 MB data is reduced and in 15 minutes approx 100 - 150 mb is gone. Yes I agree with you. With CDMA i had little problems and of late even CDMA coverage is bad. In certain parts of the city the moment you move a little bit the call drops or voice breaks.
