In-short. I made a purchase. India Plaza cancelled the Order due to non availability of fund. I lost Rs.54/- as exchange as the the refund was through AXIS Bank Cheque as I havent AXIS Bank Account. I opt for a SBI Cheque refund several times.It was your fault for the cancellation of the Order . But read more...

I got the refund of Rs.90/_ only. I requested to you several times that the refund may be with SBI associates bank/ by online payment. As it was AXIS BANK chEQUE , Rs.54/- has been paid for Exchange. ' Payment Gate way Issue'. ???. Why didnt you solve the payment gateway issue after two months. Its surely indicate your lethargic attitude. It it is your problem why should I suffer??
Why cheque? I have to waste some more money on receipt of refund by cheque. Why should I suffer for a mistake order from your side. It s pathetic that I paid by online method and you are ready for a refund by cheque. I requested you several times for a online refund. All your services are bad.

I had same experience. Its 100% true. They are reluctant to refund by online method.
