The issue is resolved. They gave me a voucher equivalent to the fake items.
Hi, My order number was I31011300080. Order date was 31-Jan-2013. The customer service contact number was not working. I would not get any emails from customer service. I received no response till 06-Mar-2013. After writing comments here and in Facebook, they responded. Now the order is canceled.
