After my complaint on mouth shut ,a technician Sujit (who was extremely inefficient in his work and bad mouthing his own company and product) visited my place and said that the candle filter and RO membrane needs to be replaced..I was furious after paying for a part replacement just 2 months back, I read more...
Not again...the kent ro is leaking again...I want a permanent solution to the problem...it's been just 2 months when I last complained and was told that the machine will b working fine and today again it's back to square one...
