Seems your knowledge of hill stations is very poor else you will not comment that Saputara is 'best hill station in India'. There are plenty of good hill stations in India, namely, mahabaleshwar, panchgani, matheran, shimla, pachmari, ooty, etc. Saputara is no comparision to any of these.
