My acc no is 1113467870. My connection continues to be still extremely bad (getting disconnected from time to time) and I continue to get a msg that I am not eligible for any rebate for the 10 days I spent without internet service in June.
Yes, this is plain theft of consumer's money. I am in fact contemplating lodging a case against them in the consumer court.
Product Recommendation: STRICTLY NO (Mouthshut has chosen to carry a YES by default when my review is clearly about how terrible the product is)
