Very worst experience from After Sales department of M/s Samsung. They could not provide service to their own brand. They change the models and later leave the old customers on mercy of local vendors / repairers
This is a strange case which openly tells us about DTDC courier service. Courier was sent from a posh locality in Gurgaon and it had to reach another posh locality within Gurgaon only.
