Nayanthara's character was not at all impressive in the original ...my opinion. It looked NT's character played more like a 'see-me-see-me-not' type of game with audience. Of course in the titillating side...

The rationale behind choosing Aamir is exactly that... no rationale... no pre formed bias, no reason, a signal to the fact that this could happen to anybody... even you.
