Looks like a spam review to me, written o bring dealsandyou.com's image down. The same case happened with me when the vendor refused to give me full treatment at the spa, but the issue was soon resolved by dealsandyou customer-care when I just sent them a mail.

I don't think that this should be a complaint against Dealsandyou.com as they were mere the third party company which sold the products distributed by some other company. It is the distributor who screwed them over the faulty handsets, and now also the customers are bashing them up. Still I am sure read more...

I guess since they are a new company, coordination between different departments can be an issue. Though I can not understand why would you think that the phone ''seems'' to be working fine?
