The whole problem lies with Tata Motors dealers. Dealing with customers at manager levels is very good. But at lower levels, they are too used to treating all customers as TAXIWALAS or hired drivers of Sumos and Safari, not realising that Fiat customers in India are a different breed. Gentlemen, now please address Vijay's genuine concerns too. 1. I too feel ground clearance is low. but a lot depends on your driving skills - yes, you have to read the road and be more careful, compared to many other cars.
