Cars24 done fraud with many people and got shut down permanently? Cars24 got banned in India as done fraud with many people. Cars24 also did a fraud with me of Rs 20,000 and not refunding it for the last 2 months. Cars24 company still exists?

Is Cars24 got shutdownn and banned in India? I have not received my Rs 20,000 as refund from Cars24 for the last 2 months and there is no reply from Cars24 as well. Cars24 company got banned for doing frauds with people?
